Future Ghosts is just two friends from Southern Indiana making honest music with guitars, synths, and a lot of feelings.

We’re Nate Bleecker and Klein Maetschke. We started Future Ghosts in 2022 after years of trading songs and unfinished demos back and forth. The songs we write dig into identity, faith, growing up, growing apart—basically all the messy stuff no one has easy answers for.

Our sound is a mix of driving guitars and dreamy synths. Think somewhere between Manchester Orchestra, MGMT, and Jimmy Eat World. If you like catchy hooks and lyrics that actually say something, you’ll probably find something here to connect with.

Our debut album, In Progress, is exactly that: a work in progress. It’s a snapshot of where we are, what we’re feeling, and the questions we’re still figuring out.

It’s music for late-night drives, open notebooks, and people who overthink everything (just like us).
